01 — Our approach

Plumbing, done without the runaround

FP Plumbing exists to make dealing with a plumbing problem less stressful than the problem itself. Whether it's a fixture that needs replacing, a drain that won't clear, or a pipe that failed overnight, the sequence is the same: understand what's actually happening, explain it plainly, and fix it properly.

We work across the Greater Toronto Area as a service-area business — there's no storefront to visit, because the job is always at your address. That's the whole model. You call or text, we talk through what's happening, and we come to you.

What we try hardest to avoid is the thing that makes plumbing calls unpleasant: vague answers, a price that appears only after the work, and a repair that treats the symptom rather than the cause. None of that requires anything clever — just doing the diagnosis before the invoice.

02 — Procedure

How a job runs, start to finish

Every plumbing call is a little different. The process around it doesn't change.

You reach out

Call or text (647) 643-0358 and describe what's happening. A photo of the issue, if you can send one, often tells us more than a paragraph and lets us arrive with the right parts.

We talk it through

Straightforward questions, straightforward answers, and no pressure to decide anything on the spot. If it's urgent, you'll get immediate steps to limit damage before we're on the road.

You get a clear price

Before any work starts, you'll know what it costs. Nothing gets added to the invoice as a surprise, and if the scope genuinely changes once we can see the whole picture, you hear about it before we continue.

The work gets done right

Work areas are protected, the job is carried out to code, it's tested before we call it finished, and the space is left the way we found it.

03 — Scope

What we cover

Eight service channels, all residential. If you're not sure which one a problem falls under, that's fine — describe it and we'll place it.

04 — How to reach us

Why phone and text, rather than email

Plumbing problems are much easier to show than to type out, and photographs carry information that a paragraph can't.

Channel A

Call to talk it through

A two-minute conversation usually separates something urgent from something that can wait for a scheduled slot. You'll be talking to someone who understands plumbing, not working through a script.

Channel B

Text a photo

A picture of the fixture, the fitting, the stain on the ceiling or the label on the water heater answers questions we'd otherwise have to ask one at a time. Send it to (647) 643-0358.

Coverage

Where we work

Homes across the Greater Toronto Area. Because we don't work from a fixed retail location, coverage on a given day depends on where jobs already fall — call or text your address to confirm availability.
