Guidance
Picking the right channel
Most homeowners don't arrive knowing whether a problem is a repair, a leak or a drain. These three questions usually sort it — and if they don't, that's what the phone is for.
Is water moving right now?
Active flooding, a split pipe, a sewer backup or water you can't stop at the shut-off all belong in emergency plumbing, regardless of what caused them. Shut the main off first, then call.
Is water struggling to leave, or arriving where it shouldn't?
Slow, gurgling or backed-up fixtures are drainage — start at drain cleaning. Damp patches, musty smells and unexplained bills are supply-side — start at leak detection.
Is it one appliance or the whole house?
A single fixture misbehaving usually points to faucets & fixtures or repairs. Hot water across the house points to water heaters; pressure across the house points to repiping.
Still unsure? That's completely normal, and it costs nothing to ask. Call or text (647) 643-0358 with a description or a photo and we'll tell you which channel it falls under — including the times the honest answer is "that's not a plumbing job".

Not sure which service you need?
Most homeowners aren't — describing the symptom is enough. Call or text us, say what's happening, and we'll tell you what it likely is and what it takes to look at properly.
